We have different skin types and colours, concerns and goals, and some habits that are not – all of which the way our skin behaves, reacts or ages. And with endless and skincare  out there, understanding and the right plan can be a little bit of a minefield.

What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any  skin  and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully your skin, the texture, thickness and colour which could such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress throughout your treatment plan.

We’ll then your daily and skincare and treatment plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options including chemical peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. Depending on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are interested in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a General skin analysis and consultation skin with a nurse or practitioner. Ideal for those with mild to skin concerns including mild acne, skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be . If you have more pronounced skin that a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse prescriber or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will a deposit. Your credit or debit card details will be secured against your booking. For Practitioner or Nurse consultations we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) deposit of £25 and £50 for Doctor led consultations. Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin consultation lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, your and create a  plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 to secure your consultation. You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your in line with our cancellation policy.​

The cost of your and/or plan will be confirmed during your consultation, but can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

Your will be with one of our experienced specialist nurses or practitioners with knowledge of the skin. Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or dermatologist are  and do require a refundable* – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber for an  consultation if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. These consultations are free, but we do a refundable* £50 deposit to secure your booking. Please check our  for more information.

We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the consultation if you wish.

Our expert skin practitioners will ask a variety of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin . For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time your skin. We cannot fully examine your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or .

We may recommend several including peels, microneedling, laser treatment or Hydrafacial, and skincare to use at home. If you have a more severe concern, such as cystic acne, we will refer you to a doctor. If you are interested in anti-ageing injectables to boost your confidence, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse .
